Thank you for shopping with Lamise Amsterdam. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order of abayas, hijabs, or accessories, you may return items within 14 days of delivery.

1. Return Period
We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the date your package is marked as delivered. Please note that return shipments must be sent back within these 14 days.

2. Return Conditions
All items must be returned in unused, original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Important Notes
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. Sale items may only be exchanged for another product from our collection or redeemed for store credit.
- Bundle Deals: For any bundle deals, all items within the bundle must be returned together. If only one item is returned, we cannot provide a refund or store credit. However, individual items may be exchanged for a different product of equal value.

3. Return Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs will vary based on the courier and the country from which the package is returned.

4. Return Processing Time
If you request an exchange while registering your return, we will process it immediately to ensure a quick turnaround.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will process it within 5 working days. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.
